KMBD were formed in 2011 by directors Kenny Mullan and Bredan Daisley who each have at least 20 years of construction experience. We specialise in construction and in-situ concrete structures, where our high quality of work has led to the majority of contracts being secured via word of mouth referrals.
We have a proven track record of delivering under challenging conditions such as the high profile “bridge of nowhere” for Raynesway which included the construction of a new bridge deck as well as adapting efficiently to the constraints of working above a live motorway (M8 below on the existing bridge deck). Although we were faced with various constraints, we delivered on time and on budget.
We retain high calibre operatives that are fully qualified in all aspects of formwork, steel fixing and concrete placement including flooring. All employees are certified with CSCS and we also employ a fully credited health and safety officer to ensure our compliance with safety regulations. This ensures KMBD can deliver the highest levels of safety and quality. We frequently deliver on contracts on behalf of clients such as McLaughlin Harvey and the Amey Group. Most recently we completed works on electrical sub stations for each client along with various works at Grants Whiskey Distillery.
